I was determined to move away from doing religious books and towards the fantasy world represented in Can you See a Little Bear, until I was asked by Little Brown to look at this text.

The Day that You Were Born is a beautiful and sparsely written account of the birth of a baby. It describes in few words the days before the birth, and then the arrival and the joy of greeting the Little One. All babies are special, but here we see the birth of Jesus brought to life and made very human, as the new baby is lovingly passed around shepherds and angels, who all want to hold the baby and welcome the small miracle into the world.
