When I first started having limited edition prints made I used a company in Liverpool who worked out of a big industrial estate in Liverpool. The process was very anonymous. Now I am very fortunate to have my prints made for me by Jane Messore. Jane works both in the Midlands of England and out of a small stone studio at a farm near St Davids. Each print is made with a care and attention I just wouldn't get from anyone else.

Jane's printer is a huge beast that can cope with all kinds of surfaces. Around her studio there are screens of all sizes, cameras, beautiful things, and the room is full of colour.

As each print is finished she leaves it to hang for a while to allow the inks to fully dry.

Later I add detail in gold paint, so each print is hand finished by me and therefore each one different. The one pictured below is destined to travel overseas to Denver, USA, and thanks to Bob I will have three large velux windows in my studio attic, with views across the valley towards St Davids and Skomer and up the hill to the rocks and paths where I like to walk with the cats. What better thing to gift to an artist than the light by which they paint, through wonderful windows.
